- The Interim Resolution Professional himself, who in a detailed submission to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has confirmed many of the allegations regarding pressure, coercion, and manipulation of the process.
- Former and current Byju's employees who have witnessed the deliberate dismantling of India's once-premier educational technology company.
Their decision to come forward was motivated by concern for the thousands of families affected and a commitment to protecting India's corporate governance standards from foreign manipulation.
